Business in Hand
We bring your business information, follow-ups and routine work together, so you can get a clearer picture of the day without chasing everything yourself. We build around how you and your team work, with automated workflows where they help and you staying in control.
Ask about a 15-minute conversationMorgan from our team can talk through why it could help, whether now is the right time and where to from here.

I use a second-brain setup in my own business to keep useful context together, prepare work and follow through. Business in Hand brings that approach to your business. We start with your actual work and the people doing it, not a standard bundle of automations.
It might be finding a past decision without hunting through messages, preparing a draft from information you already have, or keeping track of who agreed to do what. We work through a real example with you before deciding what belongs in the setup.
We choose a useful starting point and write down what is included, which information and software it can use, and what still needs someone’s approval. It does not get unrestricted access or authority to run the business for you.
Software connections depend on the systems you use and the permissions available. Setup, subscriptions and ongoing support are scoped and priced after we understand the work. No unlimited changes or guaranteed time saving.
Your people, systems and priorities shape the setup. We agree what should change and what already works well enough to leave alone. We can start with one part of the business and decide together whether anything more is useful.

Set the scope, information sources, access, responsibilities and checks. Agree how we will judge whether it is ready.
Work through real examples with the person who will use it, including missing information and exceptions. Drafts and actions are checked before use.
Train the operator, document the routine and recovery, and agree any ongoing care. A backup person can be included where agreed.
I’m Ken. My background is in business, engineering and fixing problems. I’ve been working hands-on with AI since 2022, and I’m an Interpretability Advisor with Awaken AI, a New Zealand-developed AI companion.
The aim is to give you more control over the everyday work, so there is more room for life outside it. We will talk honestly about what is useful, what needs checking and what is better left to a person.
